Returns
All Kind Botanicals products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product, simply return the unused portion of the product. If we receive a returned product within 30 days, we will issue a full refund. Your acceptance of the terms of service during checkout means you agree to and understand the return policy. These products have not been evaluated by the FDA for efficacy and we cannot make claims as to benefits from our products.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days to see the refund on your bank or credit card's activity.

Damaged Items:
All of our products go through rigorous quality control and are inspected prior to sending. If damage has occured during shipment, please notify us within 2 business days to notify us of the damage so that we can file a claim with our postal service. We will send replacement product once detailed information has been provided regarding damages to wecare@kindbotanicals.com
