All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped and tracking information will be provided in the email. We strive to ship out all orders Monday-Friday before 2pm MDT.
Postal service delays do occur and our out of our control; please choose an appropriate expedited shipping service if you need your order to arrive quickly.
We ship within the United States using USPS (First Class Parcel, Priority Mail, Express Mail). If you do not receive your order within 7-10 business days, please check your tracking information. Occasionally an item will be confirmed as delivered but is not at the intended location. Please allow 1-2 days for redelivery to occur. If you have questions, please contact us at 1-888-842-0145.
